How long does a typical project take?
A single room refresh can take 3–4 weeks. A full apartment fit-out typically runs 8–14 weeks, and larger villas or commercial fit-outs can take 3–6 months depending on scope. You'll get a firm timeline after the consultation stage.
Do you provide a fixed quote before starting?
Yes. Once the design is approved, we issue a fixed-price contract covering materials, labor, and project management — no hourly surprises mid-project.
Can you work with my existing architect or contractor?
Absolutely. Our Design Consultancy service is built for exactly this — we can hand off a full design and materials package for your own team to execute.
Which areas of the UAE do you cover?
We're based in Business Bay, Dubai, and take on residential and commercial projects across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah.
Do I need to move out during the works?
For full renovations, we usually recommend it for safety and speed — but for phased or lighter-touch projects, we can plan around you staying in the property.
Do you handle authority approvals and permits?
Yes. For commercial fit-outs we manage DDA/DM/Trakhees approvals and MEP sign-offs as part of the scope, so you don't have to coordinate them separately.
Can you match a specific budget?
We'll tell you honestly what's achievable within your range at the consultation stage, and design to it — rather than presenting a concept you can't build.
Do you offer 3D visuals before we commit?
Yes. Photorealistic 3D visuals are part of the design stage, so you can see and sign off the space before any work begins on site.
What happens after handover?
Every project includes a snagging period. We close out any defects quickly, and remain available for aftercare on the work we've delivered.
