An arched stone bar and display cellar tucked into the villa, designed for slow evenings and easy entertaining. A curved travertine counter meets a backlit timber arch lined with bottle display, with low pendants and warm, tactile surfaces creating the feel of a private members' bar at home.
The Challenge
The brief was to carve a genuine hospitality moment — the intimacy of a boutique bar — out of a modestly sized residential corner, without it feeling like a bolt-on.
The Solution
A sweeping travertine counter and a lit timber archway define the zone as a destination in its own right. Backlit joinery showcases the collection, brushed-metal detailing adds richness, and carefully dimmed lighting gives the corner the hush and glow of a real cellar bar.
